Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, & PayPal, as well as all major credit cards using our online checkout. ACH can also be arranged.
Q: Can I order samples?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not have the capability to provide samples.
Q: What if my products arrive damaged?
A: In the event that your order is damaged in transit, we will ship a replacement order.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days. Backordered or out of stock items may take longer to process.
Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?
A: Shipping is always free. Cheers!
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order ships, an automated email will be sent containing tracking information.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: At this time, we are unable to offer local pickup, but we’re happy to ship your order directly to you via UPS, FedEX, or trucking company.

Q: Are your products customizable?
A: No, however, our products come in a variety of sizes, which helps us keep quality consistent and orders moving quickly. If you’re not sure which size will work best for you, we’re happy to help you find the closest fit from our available options.
Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
A: Additional discounts apply to 100 cartons or more. Email support@mailersusa.com for a quote.
